PROGRESS:
- Engaged structural engineers, an historic architect, and grant writers, 2006
- Completed an Historic Structure Report, 2006
- Replaced roof, 2006
- Chimneys rebuilt and repointed, 2006
- Stained glass skylight removed and being restored, 2006
- Restore original skylights
- Repairing and restoring brick masonry, 2006
- Restoring the building's distinctive windows and doors
- Restore all columns, iron balconies, and balustrades
- Removing asbestos and lead paint
- Replicate original exterior lighting and landscaping
PATHS TO PROGRESS:
- On the National, New York State, and Village Historic Registers
- A grant from the State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation
- Funds secured by State Assemblyman Kevin Cahill, (D-Kingston), and Senator John Bonacic (R-Mt. Hope)
- Support of the Preservation League of New York
